Where we ship
Vetma ships worldwide from France, with the exception of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, where we cannot currently guarantee delivery.
Processing time
In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours on business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday leave the following business day.
Preorders ship when the print run arrives. The expected month is always shown on the product page, and you will be notified by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times and costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order.

Every parcel is sent with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email at dispatch.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay at checkout and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Right of withdrawal
Under French consumer law (articles L221-18 and following of the Code de la consommation), you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason and without penalty.
For preorders, this period starts when the item is delivered to you — not when the order is placed. You may also cancel a preorder at any time before it ships by writing to us.
To exercise this right, write to sav@vetma.fr before the 14 days are up. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not compulsory: a clear statement of your decision is enough.

Returning an item
Once you have notified us, you have 14 days to send the item back. Return shipping costs are at your charge, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong product.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and complete. Please pack them with care — magazines and books are fragile, and we cannot refund an item damaged on its way back to us.
We recommend a tracked service. Without proof of dispatch, we cannot process a refund for a parcel that never arrives.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you sent it back — whichever comes first. The refund covers the price of the goods and the standard outbound shipping cost, using the same payment method you used to order.
If you chose an express delivery option, we refund the cost of our standard option only.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, write to sav@vetma.fr within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and of the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
Legal guarantees
Independently of the right of withdrawal, all our products carry the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Code civil). These guarantees are free and last two years from delivery.
Free gifts
Some products come with a free Vetmeter. If you return the product that triggered the gift, please return the Vetmeter with it. One free Vetmeter is given per order.
