Behind the drop
The story
Vetma started with one idea: a piece of merch that could hold the whole world of emerging brands. The right person turned up along the way, Rocketboy, an illustrator I met through Vetma and quickly became friends with.
I pitched him the idea; he was in within minutes, and came back with a character : a wizard of garms. He drew him over and over, each one its own creature with its own story. I couldn't pick just one, so we melted them all into a single figure: the wizard, cauldron in hand, surrounded by the tools of the trade, tape measure, screen-printing frame, spool of thread. The whole Vetma universe, brewed onto cotton.
